I ordered a Bosch 15 Gauge nail gun for my husband and when I ordered it and received all my confirmations it was suppose to be a NEW nail gun. All of the paperwork affirmed a new gun. I received the product a few days later and it was a reconditioned nail gun. I called Amazon, and they told me to call CPO Bosch because it is there product. I called CPO Bosch and was re-directed back to Amazon because, of course, it was there fault. Cat and mouse back and forth with no luck. My husband said he likes the nail gun very much. Says it is very well built and would recommend it to anyone. It has a good feel in your hands and is small enough to get into corners for nailing trim work. He is satisfied with the nail gun, but wishes they would uphold there listing of a NEW nail gun and not send people reconditioned products when they are not aware they are reconditioned.
